    About me:

I have been in the pinball and arcade hobby for over 15 years.  I started out doing repairs for my own machines and for friends.  That evolved into doing repairs for arcades and other locations.  I have worked in the broadcasting industry for over 30 years in an engineering and maintenance role.

Services offered:

I am happy to offer pinball and arcade repair services to the Concord and north Charlotte area of North Carolina.  Home visits are possible depending on the level of repair. Repair services at my shop are encouraged.  Repairs are done in the order they are received and parts availability.

Arcade repairs are on a case by case basis.

I do not repair Arcade1Up machines or electromechanical (EM) pinball machines

Pricing:

In my shop and in home repairs are $150 per hour.  For in home repairs this pricing includes travel time and will round to 15 minute increments.

Due to the mechanical nature of pinball all repairs are final when work is completed and no warranty is offered.
